- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We went to the stow office although we live in Kent. The Stow office could see us in the same week. I paid all fees and requested to pick up in Kent. I picked up and after a few weeks of wearing I received a bill in the mail. I called and was advised to ignore the bill since I'd paid co pays the day of the exam. At that time I advised the contacts hadn't corrected my issues. They couldn't see me again for another month. Unbelievable!! (To top it off) I received another bill in the mail and took it to the Kent office. There I was advised there was a billing error and although I paid it was not the correct amount. Wow!!!! Never again!! The sad part is they were rude to me although it was a "billing error." I paid but will not be returning to Clear vision! The staff is amazing, they get my presciption right, and the billing correct!! The 2 stars is based on how quickly they got us in and his glasses were ok.March 08, 2017by Vegan
