  I have had a terrible experience with this place. First of all, the office staff is rude. They make it difficult to transfer records and they make you feel annoying for asking. I've requested three times for my son's records and they never get sent. I sign the form, fax it, call and check to see if they receive it, and it never works out. Then, they misspelled my sons name and wouldn't change it without me bringing in his birth certificate. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to fix their error. Now the part that really makes me mad. When my son was born he had a terrible time latching and eating. Even when we switched to formula when he would eat, he'd have terrible reflux. we visited the doctors there several times desperate for direction and insight. They never had any suggestions, they would wait for us to research on our own and just simply approve of what we thought we should do. Two years later and a new doctor, we have learned he was tongue tied. And had we caught that when he was an infant, it wouldn't been just fine. Now, however, he will need anesthetized and laser surgery and tongue exercises. And his body has developed a gag reflux that won't go away fully or right away. He'll have to learn how to eat again. I feel like these are the reasons we have pediatricians... To be experts and to know what to look for. I feel like if you're considering taking your kids here just save the money and google it.
